and Counting
A brokerage built where the pay never came in neat lines
We began in Karratha in Western Australia, in a town where income arrived as allowances, project payments and roster loadings rather than as a tidy salary, and where getting a bank to see the whole picture took work. The Western Downs presents the same challenge from the other direction: farming returns that land with the harvest, and gas-sector and construction pay that lands with the project. A decade of interpreting income shaped that way sits behind this, and the same broker handles you from the first call onwards.
