and Counting
We have always worked in towns built around one big employer
Pilbara Finance grew out of Karratha, a Western Australian port city where heavy industry paid the wages, the coastline was spectacular and lenders in the eastern capitals had never once looked at the place. Port Pirie is a version of the same story on a different gulf. We know what a shift-based industrial payslip is worth, we know which lenders on a sixty-plus panel are genuinely relaxed about a town built around a major employer, and we know that the ones who are not will not be talked round. The same person carries it through to settlement.
