Rosters have shaped how we work since 2015
The brokerage began in Karratha and the clients were almost all on rosters, which is why we have never run banking hours. Emerald reads the same way to us: a services town for the mines with farming country around it, where a good share of the workforce is somewhere else half the month. Ten years of that means we know how a Bowen Basin payslip is assessed, how a cotton or citrus return is assessed, and which lenders are relaxed about each. You get the same broker every time, and they will call back at seven in the morning if that is when you are up.
